At LaLora Quilts, we take great care in packaging and shipping each order with love. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.
Shipping Rates & Processing Times
- Free Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100! 🎉
- Orders under $100 will have a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
- Orders are typically processed within 10-14 business days before shipping.
- Custom and personalized quilts may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best option for your location. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (additional charges apply)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you!
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us at Katie@LaLoraQuilts.com to discuss potential options.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, LaLora Quilts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at Returns@LaLoraQuilts.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
